1. Introduction

Welcome to ParkEasy, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application developed and owned by Athiyan Technologies (“we,” “our,” “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ParkEasy parking management system, accessible via web or mobile, and any related software, services, or APIs.
By using or subscribing to ParkEasy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Definitions

  • Service: The ParkEasy web or mobile application and related APIs, features, and hosting infrastructure.
  • User / Customer: Any individual or organization accessing or using ParkEasy.
  • Admin / Parking Operator: A registered business or entity using ParkEasy to manage parking operations.
  • End-User / Driver: Individual booking, paying for, or using parking slots through ParkEasy.
  • Subscription: A paid or free plan granting access to the Service for a defined period.
  • Data: Information, content, or files submitted, processed, or stored through the Service.

3. Service Overview

ParkEasy is a cloud-based parking management system enabling operators to manage parking slots, payments, and analytics through a secure SaaS platform.
We provide hosting, maintenance, and updates as part of the subscription.

Access is available through the internet (“as a service”) without requiring local installation (except optional mobile apps).

4. Account Registration

  • You must register an account to access administrative or paid features.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
  • If you represent an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or used for unauthorized purposes.

5. Subscription, Fees & Payments

  • ParkEasy is offered as a subscription-based SaaS with pricing plans listed on our website or as agreed in writing.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • All payments are due upfront for the subscription term (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or specified in a written agreement.
  • Taxes, payment gateway charges, and if any applicable GST are additional unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to revise pricing, with notice provided before renewal.

6. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if:
    • You breach these Terms,
    • Fail to pay dues, or
    • Misuse the system.
  • On termination, your account and associated data may be permanently deleted after a grace period (e.g., 30 days).

7. Data Ownership & Privacy

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload, manage, or store via ParkEasy.
  • By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, host, and display data solely to provide the Service.
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., payment gateways, hosting).
  • Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for ensuring your data complies with applicable laws (including privacy and data protection regulations).

8. Service Availability & Support

  • We aim for 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or unavoidable outages.
  • Support is available via email or support ticket during business hours.
  • We may perform updates or upgrades that improve functionality or security without prior notice.

9. Security & Data Backup

  • We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.
  • You are encouraged to maintain your own backups, as we are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, third-party breaches, or force majeure events.
  • In case of breach or incident, we will notify affected users as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in ParkEasy, including code, design, database structure, and trademarks, are owned by Athiyan Technologies.
  • The name “ParkEasy” and logo are proprietary trademarks.
  • You may not use our marks without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the Service will meet all user requirements.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party APIs or gateways (e.g., payment processors, map providers).
We are not responsible for their actions, data handling, or service interruptions.
You agree to comply with their respective terms when using such integrations.

We may update these Terms periodically.
Updates will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
